You are receiving this newsletter because at some point you have taken Ama-Deus method of healing, or you are interested in this method. You might have recently taken the class, or it may have been some time ago. Nevertheless, it is almost certain that you have acquired several other spiritual practices besides Ama-Deus!

This newsletter might be considered a “question letter” rather than a newsy letter, and the question is this: how many spiritual routines are you sporting at this time?

Yes I used the word sport. I like to think of myself not as a spiritual warrior, but rather a spiritual athlete. An athlete watches what they eat, exercises daily for strength and muscle memory, and incorporates mindful images into their practice and routines.

So lets take this approach, and then the question becomes what kind of spiritual practice would you like to become really good at? Is it Chanting, Meditating, or maybe Energetic Healing? …or is it instead the Herbal route, Chinese Traditional. The opportunities are numerous today; techniques that are designed to help Dreaming your reality, or reading the night sky with Astrology, expanding your Mediumship, and so many more. Yet any one of these is only good when put into practice.

Look back into all the different classes and workshops that you’ve attended — make a list if need be, you just might be surprised at how much you have amassed! And maybe you can just have a little happiness for yourself in regard to your progress.

I think you are beginning to get the picture of where this is all leading too.

Pick one that captures your heartfelt interest, and begin as an athlete would. Set up your personal schedule and your personal goal. One that is attainable for you. One that will not feel like pressure or obligation. This is not the Olympics, as few are called to the extremes of athleticism, but anyone can perform at even a casual level and be so very happy. And, more importantly, advance the planet and humankind.

Happiness is the goal; peace is the prize.

Sound simple? Once you’ve taken a keen interest in your spiritual athletic progress you will begin to realize how fortunate you really are. We are in what scientists are calling the “Anthropocene Period” – marked by the beginning of mass industrialization, whereby human activity has arguably reshaped Earth’s bio-chemical make-up.

Information regarding every aspect of global life is tuning in to the chaos. We are being constantly bombarded with dull and lifeless news from all forms of media.

But, alas, you are a spiritual being, right? Completed how many different classes? So switch to developing spiritual athleticism on earth, so as to NOT be pulled into this frenzy of reporting on the lifeless, and tune in to the beautiful frequency that is available and waiting patiently for you.

At this very moment that you are receiving crazy chaotic news, there are thousands of light-beings full of love and compassion surrounding this planet. How do we know this? Ask yourself how many of the holy people walk among us with smiles, showering us with love and telling us that we create our own reality. Telling us there is no such thing as death, that life goes on, and urging us to heal ourselves of these misconceptions.

How many workshops have you attended that speak about this? THEN why do we continue to fall prey to this lower vibration?

So, very simply, BE a spiritual athlete and feel the love inside of you — go forward with small increments to finely tune yourself.

Love is a powerful agent for healing. It is a force…. perhaps revisit your Ama-Deus notes. How can you be a loving spiritual athlete?

I hope that these questions have ignited a positive movement toward empowering yourself, as this is the goal in any workshop or class, no matter the technique or medium.

WHAT’S COMING

Finally, there is the launching in September 2015 of the Spanish version of Ama-Deus Healing with the Sacred Energy of the Universe, as Ama-Deus La Sanación a través de la Energía Sagrada del Universo

As of September 2015, both the English and Spanish language versions of this book will be available in paperback and eformat published by Ama Deus Energy Press, and since there is a growing global audience, the international availability has been upgraded. Look for them on Amazon, as well as the website www.ama-deus-international.com.

Then, later in Fall/Winter 2015, we are very excited for the first volume of a series called

Adventures of Energy Annie

This is going to be a series of books aimed at our younger audience. In the first volume, the main character Annie is introduced to energy for healing after she experiences a physical disturbance, and how she looks at how to deal with it. In the subsequent volumes, Annie will be introduced to different values and discovers how to incorporate energy healing into her daily life through these lessons.

A call was given out and I answered with an excerpt of a profound experience recalled in Ama-Deus Healing with the Sacred Energy of the Universe. And my story made this book along with others such as Lynn Andrews, Sandra Ingerman, John Perkins, Alberto Villoldo and many other internationally recognized teacher/healers.
